If you can't find a direct swap you may find a third property to complete the house exchange. If you have you found a property you like but they don’t want to move to yours, a 3 way home swap is a good way of getting the home swap you want.
An example of a three way house exchange is where you move to property (a) the tenants of property (a) move to a property they like (b) and the tenants of property (b) move to your property (c).
